Janeeva announces the release of Relationship Survey Tool, further enhancing the functionality of Janeeva Assurance.
The Relationship Survey Tool provides a secure environment for buyers and providers to jointly assess the health and quality of their working relationship, and tackle problems as joint challenges. Pre-built templates can be configured to fit any situation, and results can be viewed in Janeeva's Performance Manager for analysis and trending over time.
"Janeeva's ability to Survey, and view results over time in our Performance Manager module, allows our customers to more closely manage their outsourcing relationships with a hand on the pulse of those critical interactions," said Vinay Gupta, Janeeva CEO.
