IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
If you’re an experienced Implementation Specialist, looking for a great opportunity, we want you! The Implementation Specialist is responsible for customizing and configuring Janeeva software to meet the needs of new and existing customers, creating proof of concept systems and demos for prospective customers, supporting channel partner implementations, and providing Level 2 support. 

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree and implementation experience of CRM, ERP or other enterprise-class web based systems.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with 1-2 years of direct implementation experience in a controlled production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of web application technology (JSP, ASP, or PHP), XML and relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle or DB2.
• Familiarity with the setup and configuration of web servers and related technologies. Ability to build and deploy systems into web application servers such as JBoss or Tomcat.
• Scripting language experience (Perl, Groovy, Ruby, Python, or Unix shell) and command line proficiency with operating systems (Windows or Linux) is required.
• Proven ability to translate a given set of requirements into a working implementation using the customization capabilities or API of an enterprise class information system.
• Experience with HTML and related CSS and Javascript technologies. Ability to create mockup screens using such technologies is desirable.
• Java or other object-oriented programming skills desirable but not required.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Past experience in outsourcing, BPO or call centers a plus.
